    The most wonderful time of the year is here — the best part is gathering around the table and creating memories over great food. We dreamed up a whole holiday dinner table, so you don't have to stress about planning out your meal. This guide features flavor-packed dishes that will impress guests. Plus, using our pantry products makes the cooking more easy, enjoyable, and delicious. 
     
    Show Stopping Mains:
    This is a holiday spin on our classic Bo Ssäm recipe. For the cure, we add in Savory Seasoned Salt to give a rounder flavor. Then, on top, we sub in a sweet and spicy glaze made using Momofuku Hot Honey.It’s best served for a crowd with lettuce wraps, or rolls, bing bread, more Chili Crunch and your favorite sauces. There’s really no wrong way to eat it. There will probably be leftovers—and this pork shoulder makes for excellent sandwiches the next day.
     
    We’re not turkey people—but this is our new favorite holiday centerpiece. Our Momofuku Hot Honey gives the turkey a subtle sweetness and a hint of heat. Because you take the drippings from the turkey after glazing it, the Momofuku Hot Honey comes out in the gravy as well. (Pro tip: trim off the wings before you roast, and use them to make our Turkey Wing Noodle Soup.) 
     
    Spotlight Stealing Sides:
    These easy fall noodles come together in 5 minutes with just 5 ingredients. They sub in perfectly as a side for your holiday dinner table. One recipe makes 2–3 main course servings or 6–8 side course servings. 

    Cheesy Black Truffle Chili Crunch Stuffing with Mushrooms — 

    This stuffing is a savory superpower with mushrooms and our Savory Seasoned Salt and Black Truffle Chili Crunch. The black truffle flavor adds complexity without overpowering the stuffing—but you can easily sub in regular Chili Crunch as well. 


    Hot Honey Harvest Salad with Roasted Squash — 

    We’ve offered lots of suggestions but this salad can easily be customized with your favorite fall flavors. The dressing is on the sweeter side to bring out the Momofuku Hot Honey, so be sure to pack your salad with lots of tangy, salty, and savory toppings—or just go with our recipe below. 


    Charred Carrots with Savory Pistachio Crumble — 

    This is one of the easiest Thanksgiving sides. The carrots roast whole, so there’s no chopping or cutting involved—plus, you could easily sub in any squash or other root vegetable if you’re not a carrot fan. The only must here—the savory pistachio crumble. 


    Cheesy Caramelized Onion Breadsticks — 

    The roasted onions from our Momofuku cookbook are one of our favorite recipe starters. Here, we sub in shallots and stir in our Momofuku Hot Honey at the end. Then, we fold them into puff pastry and bake into golden brown breadsticks. 


    The Best Mashed Potatoes — 
    Max Ng helped us come up the creamiest, most savory mashed potatoes ever. The secret: lots and lots of Momofuku Savory Seasoned Salt at all steps of the process. They’re perfect for any holiday table, but they’d go equally well on a weeknight when you need a quick and filling side dish.
    We love quick pickles. This version adds the flavors from our Honey Soy-Glazed turkey to complete your holiday table.

    Twice-Baked Chili Crunch Maple Syrup Sweet Potatoes — 
    Roasting the sweet potatoes first makes them soft and creamy. Then, you dunk them in a glaze made with sweet maple syrup, our super savory Momofuku Soy Sauce, and spicy Momofuku Chili Crunch before baking again. With the toasted breadcrumbs, they’re crunchy, sweet, spicy—and just about everything you’d want for your holiday dinner table.
     
    Then, for the day after Thanksgiving, follow up with our Turkey Wing Soy & Scallion Noodle Soup — the perfect use for leftover turkey.
