Sweet & Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry Full recipe here

Chicken + Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce + Vegetables

Think of this stir-fry as more of a template—it works great as written, but if you have different vegetables or you have ground meat instead, you can definitely sub those in. Scallions work great here as a garnish, but if you have basil on hand—that would be excellent as well.
