Bring water to a boil and cook eggs for 5 minutes, then immediately plunge into ice water. Let them cool for 5 minutes in the ice water then carefully peel.
Place eggs over steamed rice and top with Momofuku Chili Crunch and scallions. Using a spoon, slice into the soft boiled eggs to allow them to mix into the rice.
