All of our items are shelf stable. All Chili Crunch and Liquids products should be refrigerated after opening.

Please wait at least 2 days after it has been marked delivered and if it has not arrived by then reach out to the Customer Service team at customerservice@momofuku.com

Make sure your shipping address is typed in correctly and that the billing address is what your bank has on file. Please reach out to the Customer Service team if these do not work.

We'll be happy to process you a replacement for any damaged or leaking products. Just email us at customerservice@momofuku.com along with a picture if possible to help our team identify ways we can improve our packaging.
