• Do your products need to be refrigerated?

  • No, all our items are shelf stable.

  • FedEx says my order has been delivered but I don't see it, what do I do?

  • Please wait at least 2 days after it has been marked delivered and if it has not arrived by then reach out to the Customer Service team.

  • My transaction keeps declining, why is that?

  • Make sure your shipping address is typed in correctly and that the billing address is what your bank has on file. Please reach out to the Customer Service team if these do not work.
