3-Minute Noodle Soup
This soup comes together in the time it takes to boil a pack of noodles. Just add the sauce packet and our Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce to boiling water—and you’ll end up with a flavor-packed broth that tastes like it simmered for hours. Feel free to add in your favorite mix-ins, like chicken, vegetables, or even a fried egg.

- Momofuku Noodles (flavor of choice)
- Momofuku Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce
- scallions
Directions
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add noodle sauce packet and Momofuku Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce, about 3 tablespoons.
Add noodles and boil for 2–3 minutes, until desired doneness. Taste and season with more Korean BBQ Sauce, as needed. Top with scallions and serve.
