Sweet & Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry
Think of this stir-fry as more of a template—it works great as written, but if you have different vegetables or you have ground meat instead, you can definitely sub those in. Scallions work great here as a garnish, but if you have basil on hand—that would be excellent as well.

INGREDIENTS
- ½ pound chicken (boneless, skinless), cut into 1 in pieces
- Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce
- neutral oil, such as avocado oil
- sliced vegetables, such as peppers and onions
- scallions (optional)
Directions
Toss chicken with Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce (about 2–3 tablespoons) and season with Kosher salt.
Heat oil over medium high heat in a nonstick skillet. Stir-fry chicken for 5–6 minutes, then add peppers and more Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce. Stir for another 2 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are softened.
To serve, top with scallions, if desired.
