For the spice sensitive, we have a special Not So Spicy Noodle Pack!
Our noodles are made with ingredients we're proud to stand behind and are air-dried rather than fried. This means they don’t rely on artificial preservatives, resulting in a slightly shorter shelf life than you might expect. We'll ensure that your noodles arrive with at least 4 months until their best-by date or we'll send you a replacement if you reach out to us. We're actively working to extend this timeframe and anticipate being able to offer an even longer shelf life in the future.

UMAMI BASE

Building on a decade of research in the Momofuku Culinary Lab, Chili Crunch is packed with the same chef-approved ingredients we use in our restaurants. It’s inspired by Chinese chili crisp and crunchy Mexican salsas like salsa macha and salsa seca.

ADDED FIRE

From that base, we layer in four different chilis to give our Extra Spicy Chili Crunch a complex, smoky-sweet heat. The Pulla brings a bright fruitiness. The Chili de Arbol adds a nutty smokiness. The Japones gives a lingering spiciness. And the Habanero closes with a kick.

CRUNCH FACTOR

Finally, we add in crispy dried garlic and shallots. They give Chili Crunch an addictive texture that ensures no two bites are the same.
