INGREDIENTS
- chicken (boneless, skinless)
- Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce
- Momofuku Noodles
- scallions, sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
Heat oven to 425°F.
While the oven heats, toss chicken with Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce, season with salt, and let it sit on the counter as the oven warms up. Roast the chicken for 20–25 minutes, until it reaches 165°F.
Prepare noodles according to package instructions.
Add chicken to noodles and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds, if desired.
