Sweet & Savory Steak Bowl Content
This steak bowl is easy enough that you could throw it together fast on a weeknight, and it’s packed with flavor, thanks to our Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce. It’ll work with most steaks that are no more than an inch thick, like flank steak or skirt steak—but if you’re not a steak person, you could experiment with pork chops, too.

Marinate steak with Momofuku Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce on the counter for 30 minutes. Season with salt.
Heat oven to 425°F then turn broiler on high. Position a rack just under the broiler.
Place steak on a sheet pan and broil for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 120°F, watching carefully to ensure it doesn’t burn.
Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve over steamed rice. Top with scallions.
