INGREDIENTS

Chicken

  • 3 chicken thighs, cut into 1.5 inch pieces
  • 1 tsp Momofuku Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tbsp Momofuku Mild Garlic Chili Crunch

Spicy Garlic Sauce

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Momofuku Garlic Chili Crunch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Cucumber Salad

  • 1 whole cucumber
  • 1/2 a red onion
  • 1 tbsp Momofuku Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Momofuku Mild Garlic Chili Crunch
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Directions

Grilled chicken skewers: Cut chicken thighs into 1.5 inch pieces. Place chicken into a mixing bowl and add all ingredients listed, mix well. Next, skewer chicken on skewers made for the grill. Get them on your grill, and cook on indirect heat so that they do not burn. Cook till an internal temperature of 165F is reached.


Garlic chili sauce: In a bowl, add all ingredients listed, mix well.


Cucumber salad: Slice cucumber and onion into a container. Add all ingredients listed. Shake well and enjoy.
