INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz Kettle & Fire beef bone broth
- 1 pack Soy & Scallion Noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ginger, minced
- green onion, greens and whites separated
- 1 tbsp Momofuku Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce
- 1 tsp Momofuku Toasted Sesame Oil

Directions
Bring bone broth to a boil. Boil the noodles in the bone broth, be sure to preserve the broth.
Meanwhile, brown off the ground beef. Drain off 80% of the fat from the cooked beef.
Add the minced ginger, garlic, and whites of a green onion. Sauté for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
Add the Soy Sauce, Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce, Sesame Oil, and some of the preserved broth (add a little bit at a time until the beef reaches your desired texture).
To serve, add the Soy & Scallion Noodle sauce packets to the noodles. Plate and top with a hefty spoonful of the beef.
Top with green onion, sesame seeds, and Black Truffle Chili Crunch for a little extra heat (optional).
