15-Minute Sweet & Savory BBQ Noodles
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound ground pork, or beef, chicken, or turkey
- ½ cup Momofuku Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce
- 2 packs Momofuku Noodles (flavor of choice)
- 2 cups spinach, or other leafy green (optional)
- scallions, sliced (optional)
15-Minute Sweet & Savory BBQ Noodles Content
This is one of our easiest recipes yet—just 5 ingredients and 15 minutes is all you need for a flavor-packed, protein-filled meal. And thanks to the dual powers of our Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce and our noodle sauce packets, there’s no chopping, dicing, nor whisking needed. Feel free to customize this meal to your pantry: add in more vegetables, sub in a ground meat of your choice, and choose your favorite Momofuku Noodle flavor. Serves 2.

Heat a nonstick skillet over high heat, then add ground meat, spreading it out so it’s in an even layer. Cook for 4 minutes undisturbed until it’s browned. Add ½ cup of Momofuku Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce and toss into meat. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until the meat is fully cooked and browned on both sides.
Add 2 cups of water and Momofuku Noodle sauce packets and bring to a boil. Crumble in Momofuku Noodles and cook for 3–4 minutes, continuously stirring until the noodles are fully cooked and the liquid has evaporated and thickened around the noodles. Remove from heat.
Add spinach, if using, and let it wilt for 1 minute in the mixture, stirring constantly. Top with sliced scallions and serve.
