- 2 eggs
- Momofuku Chili Crunch
- Momofuku Noodles (flavor of choice)
- scallions (optional)
Directions
Heat a non-stick pan over medium high heat. Add a spoonful of Chili Crunch and crack egg into the Chili Crunch. Cook until desired doneness.
Prepare noodles according to package instructions and top with the Chili Crunch eggs and scallions, if desired.
