5-Minute Bone Broth Noodle Bowl

INGREDIENTS
- bone broth
- Momofuku Noodles (flavor of choice)
- Momofuku Chili Crunch
- 1 egg
- choice of thinly sliced vegetables
- additional cooked proteins (optional)
Directions
Cook noodles per package instructions, using 2 cups of bone broth instead of water.
While the noodles are cooking, add Chili Crunch to a pan on medium heat and fry an egg until the whites are fully cooked and the yolk is still runny.
Add cooked noodles, sauce packet, and remaining bone broth to a bowl.
Top with fried egg, choice of vegetables (thinly sliced cucumbers, carrots, cabbage, green onion, cilantro, etc.), and optional protein.
Top with more Chili Crunch and serve.
