Our noodles have a new look — and they taste even better than before.
• Now with 20% more sauce in each sauce packet
• More balanced, craveable flavor
• Chewier, more satisfying noodles
WHY THE UPDATE?
We’ve served millions of bowls of noodles — and paid close attention to what people love and where we could do better. We spent countless hours tweaking, testing, and tasting. We tested new ingredients, reworked the texture, and added more sauce to every pack. These new noodles are bolder, saucier, and even more satisfying — better where it counts, but still unmistakably Momofuku.

Stovetop: We recommend cooking our noodles for 3-4 minutes (or 15-30 seconds less for a bit more bite), draining, and then giving them a good shake to remove excess water.
Microwave: We recommend cooking our noodles on a stovetop for best texture, but if you prefer to cook them in a microwave, start by adding noodles to a microwavable bowl. Fill the bowl with about 2 cups of water, or enough to reach just below the top of the noodles. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Use a fork to gently break apart the noodles, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until tender and bouncy. Drain, add sauce, and enjoy. *Cook times may vary based on different microwave wattages.
Our noodles are both great on their own with the included sauce packet and the perfect canvas for culinary creations. Quickly take your meal to the next level by adding toppings like Chili Crunch, stir fried meat or vegetables, and soft boiled eggs. For even more creative ideas, check out the recipes below.
