INGREDIENTS
- 2 5oz salmon filets
- 1 tbsp Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbsp Momofuku Chili Crunch
- 1 bunch broccolini, washed and pat-dried
- ½ tbsp olive or sesame oil
- ½ cup rice
- salt & pepper
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions.
Set oven to a high broil.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Place salmon on the tray and coat with the Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce and Chili Crunch.
Add broccoli to the other side of the tray. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
Place baking tray in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is fully cooked through and broccolini is tender and crisp.
Serve salmon and broccolini over rice. Top with more Chili Crunch if desired. Enjoy!
