20-Minute Hot Honey Breakfast Sando with Garlic Aioli

INGREDIENTS
- 1 English muffin
- 1 egg
- 2 pc bacon
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp Momofuku Mild Garlic Chili Crunch
- 1 tbsp Momofuku Chili Crunch Hot Honey
- 1 slice of havarti
- arugula
- salt & pepper
Directions
Cook bacon in oven or air fryer for 18 minutes or until almost cooked to liking. Tip: It helps to suspend it on a rack over a foil-covered or parchment-lined baking sheet.
Prepare aioli by combining mayo and Mild Garlic Chili Crunch. Tip: If you like it spicy, add Original Chili Crunch to taste.
Just before the bacon is finished, glaze with Momofuku Chili Crunch Hot Honey and bake again until caramelized (roughly 2 minutes). Tip: If you like it spicier, mix in some more Chili Crunch.
Preheat a sauté pan to cook your egg in. When there are about 5 minutes left in the bacon, cook egg and drop English muffin in the toaster.
Assemble your breakfast sandwich by adding a smear of aioli to one side of English muffin. Layer egg, candied bacon, havarti, arugula, salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy.
