Meet Momofuku Soy Sauce and Momofuku Tamari. If you’re used to grocery store soy sauce and tamari, you’ve never had anything like this.
Our restaurant-grade versions are made from organic ingredients and are steeped with kombu to unlock a world of depth and flavor. They were developed by David Chang and the Momofuku Goods team.
Each pack contains an 8oz bottle of Momofuku Soy Sauce and 8oz bottle of Momofuku Tamari.

Mixed Bag
Ordered the Soy Sauce and Tamari kit, and received Soy Sauce and Chopsticks instead. Now, the chopsticks are of good quality, but would rather have received what was actually ordered.

Packaging!
The products are probably amazing, but the packaging was not. My package arrived drenched in tamari sauce, little left in the bottle. After contacting the customer service I was reassured: a new package was on it's way. That was 5 weeks ago... I know that the damaging can happen, but don't tell me that you're going to send a replacement if you don't send it: that's just an extra disappointment.

Pretty wow’d by the depth of flavor and oceany umami
There is great depth of flavor, a slight sweetness, the umami is out of this world! WILL RUIN YOU BUYING SOY SAUCE AT THE GROCERY STORE! I’ve admired Chef David Chang for years, and now your team has yet again turned a food product into crack. Good on you.
