Ingredients
- ½ cup crème fraîche
- 1 tablespoon white miso
- ½ teaspoon Momofuku Savory Seasoned Salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Momofuku Chili Crunch or Momofuku Black Truffle Chili Crunch
Directions
Add the first 3 ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Add lemon zest and blend slightly to mix—you don’t want to overwork the zest or it might curdle the crème fraîche. Spoon into a bowl and drizzle with Momofuku Chili Crunch.
