Soft Boiled Eggs Over Rice

The eggs cook for only 5 minutes, leaving them super soft when you slice into them—perfect to mix into a bowl of hot rice. Top with Chili Crunch and scallions, and you’ve got one of our easiest meals yet.

INGREDIENTS

Directions

Bring water to a boil and cook eggs for 5 minutes, then immediately plunge into ice water. Let them cool for 5 minutes in the ice water then carefully peel. 


Place eggs over steamed rice and top with Momofuku Chili Crunch and scallions. Using a spoon, slice into the soft boiled eggs to allow them to mix into the rice.
