Hot Honey Peanut Noodles
You probably have everything you need to make these noodles already in your pantry—which means you’re only 5 minutes away from a powerhouse lunch or a homerunner dinner. Feel free to flex up to serve additional people, and don’t be afraid to toss in pulled chicken if you want to add protein. (Pro tip: this is also excellent with other nut butters, like cashew butter.) Serves 1.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Momofuku Soy & Scallion Noodles (or other Momofuku Noodles of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon Momofuku Hot Honey
- 1 teaspoon Momofuku Rice Vinegar
- toasted peanuts, crushed (optional)
- sliced scallions (optional)
Directions
Cook noodles for 3 minutes, then drain and shake dry.
While the noodles are cooking, combine 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of Momofuku Hot Honey, 1 teaspoon of Momofuku Rice Vinegar, the noodle sauce packet, and the noodle dried scallion packet.
Toss cooked noodles with prepared sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning with Momofuku Soy Sauce, as desired. Top with toasted peanuts and sliced scallions.
