Chilled Sesame Noodles Content
This quick hack using our Momofuku Soy & Scallion Noodles comes together in 5 minutes, and they’re perfect whenever you need an easy chilled noodle. The key is being sure your rinsed noodles are still wet when you toss them with the sauce to ensure an even, smooth consistency.
—
Stir together the Momofuku Soy & Scallion Noodle sauce and dried scallion packets, tahini, dried ginger, garlic, sugar, Momofuku Rice Vinegar, Momofuku Toasted Sesame Oil, and Momofuku Chili Crunch until smooth.
Boil noodles for 4 minutes, then immediately drain and rinse with cold water until they are cooled. (Don’t shake out the noodles—some of the cold water will help thin the sauce.) Toss rinsed noodles with sauce mixture, adding more water 1 teaspoon at a time until the mixture is pale in color and evenly mixed.
Top with sliced scallions, sesame seeds, crushed peanuts, and more Momofuku Chili Crunch, as desired.
