Our noodles are made from ingredients you know and love. If you can’t pronounce it, we don’t use it in our noodles.

Ingredients:

Noodles: Wheat Flour, Water, Salt.

Sauce Packet: Soy Sauce (Water, Sugar, Salt, Soybean, Wheat, Caramel Color, Yeast Extract, Malic Acid), White Sesame Oil (Soybean Oil, Sesame Oil).

Dried Scallion Packet Ingredients: Dried Green Onion.

SAVORY SEASONED SALT
Flavor: supercharged salt and pepper with garlic, tamari, kelp, and mushroom powder.
Use it on: grilled meats, roasted potatoes, vegetables

SPICY SEASONED SALT
Flavor: blend of our umami-packed base with gochugaru, cayenne pepper, and dried chilies.
Use it on: grilled meats, popcorn, ripe mango.

TINGLY SEASONED SALT
Flavor: blend of our Savory base with Sichuan peppercorns and citrus.
Use it on: fish, popcorn, roasted vegetables.

SOY SAUCE

Momofuku Soy Sauce starts with organic soy sauce that we steep with kombu for 48 hours. The result is a richer, rounder soy sauce that’s perfect on braised meats, marinades, and all the classics like sushi.

TAMARI

Our Tamari starts with organic tamari that we steep with kombu for 16 hours. The result is a sharper, lighter flavor that's similar to soy sauce but does not contain gluten. It's perfect in salad dressings, sashimi, and all the classics like sushi.
