Spicy Shrimp Rice Bowl
This recipe works whether you’re cooking it in a skillet or in the oven. It’s great with rice, but you could definitely swap in Momofuku Noodles if that’s what you have on hand.

INGREDIENTS
- ½ pound shrimp
- Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce
- steamed rice
- scallions, sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
Toss shrimp with Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce and season with salt.
To cook in the oven: Turn broiler on high. Position a rack just under the broiler. Broil shrimp on the top rack for 4 minutes, then flip and broil for 2 minutes more, until the shrimp are cooked through.
To cook on a stovetop: If you prefer to prepare in the pan, add shrimp to a nonstick skillet over medium high heat and stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through.
Serve over steamed rice, topped with scallions and sesame seeds.
