Momofuku Seasoned Salt is our answer to 10 years of flavor research in the Momofuku Culinary Lab.
Tingly is a jolt of flavor. It is a blend of our Savory base with Sichuan peppercorns and citrus. We use it on fish, popcorn, and roasted vegetables.
Each jar contains 3.4oz of Tingly Seasoned Salt.

Tingly Good Stuff
Made some Tingly Lamb Ssam using the Momofuku recipe from the site. Turned out great! My Dad and I ate it all…ourselves. So good in fact I refused to be low on Tingly Salt and bought myself some more so I’d have plenty in stock.
