I have shared and/ or given these noodles to friends and family and everyone has reported back that they are amazing noodles. I concur of course. When I fix a pack for lunch people pop by to ask what am I eating. I say Momofuku noodles (nothing extra added) and they keep sniffing saying it smells so good. Yupp they are!

Noodles, chili crunch, tamari, rice vinegar, I add the sauce packet to the water I cook the noodles in and make a peanut sauce with ginger, tamari and rice vinegar. Add lots of Chili Crunch!

I am a home cook. I bought the ingredients and followed Chef David Chang's video. Easy to use and the sauces delivered restaurant quality. Will be buying again. Please make available at Momofuku Toronto. I travelled to NY, PA whole foods to buy.
