Wish it was better
After eating at Momofuku in NYC, I had great expectations for my order. I ordered the bestseller pack and the honey chili crunch. One of the bags of noodles was opened and had spilled something sticky all over the other items. They did send me out new noodles but when I made them, they just didn’t have the flavor you expect from Momofuku. I added the different chili crunches but still was disappointed.

Incredible Depth of Flavor
I love the subtle nutty flavor of the tamer Ian’s how well it enhanced the recipes I have created using it.

Love the Tamari but….
Luckily the bottle arrived intact, but once I opened the bottle, the lid cracked ☹️ Had to transfer to a different bottle (not as cute).
