INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon white miso
  • Momofuku Savory Seasoned Salt
  • 6-pack dinner rolls (small brioche rolls preferred, but any rolls will work)

Directions

Heat your oven to 350°F.

Melt butter in an 8 x 8 inch pan. Stir in miso and top with 1–2 teaspoons of Savory Seasoned Salt.


Place rolls top down in the butter–miso mixture and bake for 6 minutes. Turn over, sprinkle with a pinch of Savory Seasoned Salt, return to the oven, and bake until just browned, about 4–5 minutes longer.
