Chili Crunch Sushi Dip
This is a quick & easy recipe that requires just 4 ingredients and comes together in minutes. It's creamy, spicy, and packed with umami — plus we add Momofuku Chili Crunch for that signature heat and crunch in every bite.
This recipe was originally created by our friend @jamesbok. Perfect as a dip, a spread, or a sushi roll filling — however you serve it, it's going to be on repeat.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 can tuna, packed in water, drained
- ½ cup cooked sushi rice, cooled
- 2 tbsp Momofuku Chili Crunch
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Optional: nori sheets, avocado, scallions, or cucumber for serving
Directions
Combine tuna, sushi rice, mayonnaise, and Momofuku Chili Crunch in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Serve as a dip with crackers, spoon onto nori sheets, or use as a filling in a sushi roll. Top with sliced avocado or cucumber if desired.
