A spicy, savory Bloody Mary is the perfect cocktail to sprinkle in some Momofuku Savory Seasoned Salt for an added umami kick. Start with a tall glass and rim it with a lime wedge so that there is a light coating around the whole edge. Then, flip over the glass, dip it into a small plate that is filled with our Momofuku Savory Seasoned Salt, and shake once to dust off excess.
Add 2 ounces of vodka to a cocktail shaker, followed by half an ounce of lime juice. Then add 1 barspoon of grated wasabi (or horseradish) and 1 to 2 dashes of sriracha, adjusted to your desired spice level. Follow that with a pinch of our Momofuku Savory Seasoned Salt and 1 to 2 dashes of Worcestershire. Shake that up together with ice until everything is fully incorporated.
Then, back into that same cocktail shaker, add four ounces of tomato juice and "roll" your mixture back and forth. Do this by placing the whole mixture on one side and placing a strainer down. Then, slowly pour your mixture from one the shakers to the other about 4 to 5 times until the drink is combined. Rolling your cocktail rather than shaking it ensures that the tomato juice does not become too frothy.
Then add ice to your tall glass and pour your cocktail right in. Top with a garnish of olive, lime, and pickled daikon.
