Easy Hot Honey Baked Brie
Baked brie is one of our favorite vehicles for our Momofuku Chili Crunch Hot Honey. This recipe comes together in minutes, and because of all the flavors in our honey, it really packs a punch. You don’t need to add any extra garlic or spices.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 12-14 oz wheel of brie
- 2 tablespoons Momofuku Hot Honey Chili Crunch
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Remove the brie from the refrigerator and let it sit out at least 10 minutes before baking.
Place brie on a sheet pan. Cut shallows slits ½-inch apart across the top of the brie, just through the rind layer. Top with Momofuku Chili Crunch Hot Honey, spreading it all the ways to the edges of the top of the brie.
Bake for 15 minutes until it is very soft. Serve with crackers, bread, or fruit.
