INGREDIENTS
- 2 packets Momofuku Tingly Chili Noodles
- 2 tbsp Momofuku Soy Sauce
- ½ lb flank or skirt steak, cut into strips
- 1 bunch scallions, white and greens separated (whites diced, greens cut into 1 in. strips)
- 2 cloves garlic, mined
- ½ tbsp sesame or olive oil
- sesame seeds for topping
Directions
Cook Momofuku Noodles according to package directions.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add the steak and cook about 2 minutes each side until browned.
Add the scallion whites and garlic, cooking another ~1 minute. Then add the cooked noodles, Tingly Chili sauce packet and Soy Sauce. Mix to combine flavors.
Toss in the scallion greens, transfer to bowls to serve and top with sesame seeds.
