PICNIC IN THE PARK
On the menu:
Chilled Soy & Scallion Noodle Salad with Steak
This salad is easy and refreshing. Our Soy & Scallion Noodles are topped with greens, chopped vegetables, like carrots and cucumbers, and a drizzle of tangy lime dressing. Think of this recipe as a suggestion, and feel free to sub in whatever you have on hand—such as avocado, different lettuces, and more.
Crispy Potato Salad with Creamy Chili Crunch Dressing
The crispiness of the potatoes in this recipe adds another level of texture and flavor to a classic potato salad. Tossed with a creamy Chili Crunch dressing, this recipe is a flavor-packed side dish. Be sure to toss the potatoes with the dressing right when you are ready to serve—these potatoes are best eaten immediately.
MOVIE NIGHT AT HOME
On the menu:
30-Minute Burst Tomato Noodles with Shrimp
These easy one-pot noodles come together in under 30 minutes—and they harness the magic of fresh summer tomatoes. The Sweet & Spicy Noodles bring out the natural sweetness in the tomatoes, and the lemon adds just enough tang to balance everything out. The recipe calls for shrimp, but it would also be delicious without, if you’re not a fan of shrimp.
This is hands down the best popcorn. You could use any of the seasoned salts for popcorn, but my favorite is tingly. You get that tingly, numbing sensation from the Sichuan peppercorns plus the rounded umami flavors of our salt. It’s not necessary, but’s great if you toss in a little sugar too.
BREAKFAST FOR DINNER
On the menu:
This recipe works great as written with eggplant, but it would also be excellent with any type of squash—whether it’s butternut squash in the fall and winter, or a summer squash in the warmer months. Feel free to customize it—add honey, try it with cilantro or basil, and more.
Bacon, Egg, + Cheese Breakfast Potatoes
Meet the sheet pan breakfast (or breakfast for dinner, whatever your style). To make it, you start with potatoes, and they can be whatever kind of potatoes you like best. We prefer a mixture of butterball potatoes and white sweet potatoes—it’s a nice combo of savory and a touch sweet. Then, we add bacon, eggs, and cheese, but it’s all optional. Feel free to build your breakfast sheet pan however you like. If you want to add in some peppers or mushrooms, we say go for it.
TAPAS AND GAME NIGHT
On the menu:
This recipe is an easier, no-fry version of coconut shrimp that bakes in a few minutes in the oven on a single sheet pan. It’s perfect for a weeknight dinner, or can be doubled up and served as an appetizer for a crowd. The Chili Crunch does double duty here, adding a hit of spice as well as serving as oil to help the coconut and bread crumbs crisp up in the oven. Make sure you serve with plenty of glaze—it’ll really help bring home that classic coconut shrimp flavor.
Noodle Bar's fan-favorite pork buns, made for the home kitchen—these pork belly sliders are reimagined BBQ sandwiches. Instead of pulling the pork apart, you roast it using our Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce as a glaze, then cut it into neat slices. We like to round out our sliders with a quick pickled cucumber, but if you prefer coleslaw or other toppings on your BBQ sandwiches—don’t let us stop you.
