Sweet & Sour Sauce
Sweet & Sour Sauce
A classic, done the Momofuku way — bright rice vinegar acidity, soy depth, garlic, and a touch of heat from Chili Crunch.• 1x 10oz bottle of Sweet & Sour Sauce
We married sweet & sour and sweet chili sauces the Momofuku way — bold, bright, and sweet enough to balance the Chili Crunch backbone running through it. Rice vinegar gives it real acidity that lifts everything it touches. Garlic adds a richness and body uncommon for sweet & sour sauce. The Chili Crunch adds background warmth — enough to keep things interesting, not enough to take over. The result is something familiar enough to reach for instinctively, and good enough to put on things you'd never expect.

Garlic gives this sauce its backbone. A generous pour of soy sauce adds richness and body that makes it feel substantial — the difference between something you dip into and something you'd finish a whole protein with.
