We were inspired by the world of chili crisps and Mexican salsas, and spent a decade tweaking the formula in our restaurants to lock in the perfect amount of spice, crunch, and umami flavor.
With three types of chilis, crunchy garlic and shallots, each bite is expertly balanced.
Developed by David Chang and the Momofuku Goods team, Chili Crunch is packed with the same chef-approved ingredients we use in our restaurants.

Is Chili Crunch gluten free?
Although the ingredients used in Chili Crunch are themselves gluten-free, there is a possibility of trace gluten content as a result of the raw material operational practices of our suppliers. As a result, out of an abundance of caution, we recommend individuals with a high gluten sensitivity avoid our chili crunches and hot honey. Our Tamari and Rice Vinegar, however, are gluten free.
