CHILLED SPICY NOODLES WITH HOT HONEY CASHEWS

At Noodle Bar, we’ve had versions of this dish on the menu over the years. It’s always been a fan favorite, so we developed this home edition using our Momofuku Pantry Products.
For this version, we blend spinach with the hot heat of our Chili Crunch and the savory superpowers of our noodle sauce packets, then we top it all with Hot Honey candied cashews. It’s not the same as 171 First Ave, but it’s pretty close.
