We collaborated with our friends at Raaka Chocolate — a New York based chocolate maker known for transparently traded, single-origin unroasted dark chocolate — to infuse our classic Momofuku flavors in Raaka’s small batch chocolate.
What’s in the pack:
Chili Chocolate Crunch — We melded Raaka’s fruit-forward dark chocolate with Mexican chilis and garlic to achieve the savory, spicy, and slightly sweet flavors our Chili Crunch is known for. Then we filled it with crispy puffed quinoa to punch up the crunch, and topped it off with pink sea salt and sesame seeds for additional texture.
Miso Potato Chip — Miso is a longtime favorite flavor of ours and at the core of many dishes we serve at the restaurants. The savory umami power of miso is the perfect pairing for Raaka’s dark chocolate. We also have a tradition of using potato chips in unexpected ways, like in our iconic Ko Egg. The addition of salty potato chips adds that unique crunch and flavor to this deeply caramelized and rich dark chocolate bar.
White Chocolate Crispy Rice — This flavor is inspired by our Caramelized White Chocolate Pie, a fan favorite dessert at Momofuku Noodle Bar. We top that pie with puffed crispy rice and wanted to add that exact texture to this bar, plus some crushed waffle cones. The caramelization of this smooth, vegan coconut white chocolate makes this the ultimate sweet treat.
