Meet the Seasoned Salts

Savory is supercharged salt and pepper. It mixes kosher salt with garlic, tamari, kelp, and mushroom powder. We use it on grilled steaks and vegetables.

Momofuku Seasoned Salts can be used anywhere you’d normally use salt, pepper, and other seasonings.

Were Seasoned Salts processed in a manufacturing facility where they process nuts (peanuts, etc)?

No.  

Are the Seasoned Salts vegan/vegetarian?

Yes. Seasoned Salts are vegan.

Are the Seasoned Salts Kosher?

No, Seasoned Salts are not certified Kosher.

Are the Seasoned Gluten-Free?

Seasoned Salts do not contain wheat or any gluten-containing ingredients.  

Do the Seasoned Salts need to be refrigerated after opening?

No, Momofuku Seasoned Salts do not need to be refrigerated and are shelf-stable.

Can I buy Seasoned Salts in a retail store or in your restaurant?
