You will spend 2 hours with Chef Hans Vogels and learn everything you need to know to make Momofuku buns at home. You’ll start with the basics: how to work your dough, roll it out, and steam it. Then, we’ll work on two original buns: a shiitake and a stuffed chicken and chili crunch.

Cooking Classes

How many participants are included per each cooking class ticket?

Each ticket will give you access to one viewing link, but there is no limit to the number of people who can view with you.   

I live in Canada. How do I purchase a class?

If you live in Canada, please visit this link to purchase the class. If you live outside the US or Canada, classes are not currently available.

How long will the cooking class last?

The class will last approximately 2 hours, but as it's a live cooking class, the time is slightly variable.

Should I come prepared to cook during the class?

The class is designed for participants to cook along with the chef. We are providing you with shopping and equipment lists in advance of the class. But you are of course welcome to just watch and not cook along. 

Will I have access to a recording after the cooking class is over? 

Yes, we are recording the classes, and a recording will be emailed to the address you used to register for the class within 24 hours. The link for this recording will expire 48 after you receive it. 

What is your refund policy for cooking classes?

Classes are fully refundable up to 24 hours in advance of the class, at which point they become final sale. If you would like to request a refund, please email us at athome@momofuku.com

What platform will you use for cooking classes? 

The cooking classes are available through Zoom. You will receive an email with a Zoom link and access code 4 hours in advance of the class. If you do not have Zoom installed on your computer, the email will contain information for downloading and installing Zoom.

Am I expected to come prepared with ingredients? 

Yes, we will provide you with a shopping list when you register for the class. We ask that you come prepared with ingredients and equipment and have them all out and ready for the start of the class.  

I don't see a time that works for me. Will you be offering more cooking classes?

Yes. We are working to make more cooking classes available. If you have an idea for a cooking class you do not see in our roster, please email us at athome@momofuku.com
